We believe that when people work and give together real sustainable and consistent change can happen for people and communities. With your heart for giving, and our knowledge and insight we will guide you to ensure sure all money raised stays within Greater Lincolnshire.
Working Together for Lincolnshire
Since 2002, we鈥檝e worked alongside communities across Lincolnshire, strengthening local groups and increasing access to funding where it鈥檚 needed most. Our impact is rooted in relationships, built through listening, understanding local priorities and staying connected to the people and organisations at the heart of our communities.
This understanding helps us direct funding where it can make the greatest difference and supports communities to shape their own futures. From coastal and rural areas to towns and city neighbourhoods, our work reaches across the county.
We see every day what鈥檚 possible when people feel included and able to take the lead in their own communities. That鈥檚 why we prioritise support for groups led by those with lived experience, people who understand local challenges and are working to support others, strengthen families and respond to hardship and health issues.
None of this would be possible without the generosity of our fundholders and donors. Their support allows us to stand alongside communities across Lincolnshire and continue building stronger, more resilient places to live.
Well done and thank you to LCF for your support across Lincolnshire. At Acts Trust, we are so grateful for your guidance, friendship and encouragement.
Thank you to the LCF team for their clear guidance and help getting our project up and running. It鈥檚 been a very positive experience for our community.
Our Impact Areas
Through our work, we see the impact of living in rural communities, the effects of isolation, and the opportunities and challenges facing young people. These three areas shape where we focus our support.
Rural Communities
Supporting communities to stay connected, resilient and able to thrive in rural Lincolnshire.
Tackling Isolation, Strengthening Communities
Helping people feel less alone by strengthening connections, confidence and community support.
Investing in Young Lives, Building a Better Future
Creating opportunities for young people to build confidence, skills and positive futures.
How we help
We bring together local knowledge, funding and trusted relationships to support community-led action.
By working closely with groups, we鈥檙e able to respond to emerging needs and ensure support reaches those best placed to make a difference. In practice, this might mean funding local transport and social activities that keep people connected, supporting safe spaces and opportunities for young people, or helping small organisations continue to provide vital services. Alongside funding, we support groups to develop and grow, building their confidence and capacity by offering advice, sharing knowledge, and helping them access the resources and networks they need to grow and sustain their work.
The sensory sessions helped our children build confidence and open up in ways we never expected. The support has been life-changing for us and family.
This small grant helped us get started and build momentum. We are incredibly grateful to SWEF for believing in our vision and helping us grow together.
Who we've helped
Every project tells a story of people, partnerships and communities coming together to create positive change. These examples highlight how funding, local knowledge and collaboration are helping organisations across Greater Lincolnshire respond to need, build resilience and make a lasting difference.
